Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications and/or related field from a well-regarded university (e.g., SMU, Texas A&M, UT-Austin)

A high level of professionalism and diligence

Detail and task-oriented

Strong work ethic and a team player Must be a "self-starter" and self-motivated

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Outgoing and polished Ability to work an average of 50 hours per week

Advanced MS Office skills

Must hold Series 7 & 63

Ability to travel on a limited basis as needed

Full product and industry training will be offered

Interest in capital markets and alternative non-traded products is a plus, but not required

Desire to transition to an external sales role after several successful years in internal role
