Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare summary and detail level schedules.

Develop full CPM logic generated baseline schedules for projects.

Responsible for accurate and objective duration calculations

Ensures effective communication between Preconstruction/Estimating, Operations, Project Management.

Prepare detailed schedules to include procurement, submittal, FAB/deliver, and construction activities with logic.

Perform monthly progress updates and periodic look-ahead schedules.

Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary level.

Develop and periodically update cost and/or resource loaded schedules.

Participate in all project schedule reviews.

Participate in Business Development and business unit marketing activities in the development and preparation of preliminary bar chart schedules and staffing charts.

Ability to manage multiple projects with different project teams

Utilize activity codes (manage and code activities accordingly)

Input and manage budgeted resource units at the activity level

Able to generate a level 4 detailed construction Primavera P6 schedule  

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree- preferably in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering

Ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in a Project Management or Lead Superintendent role for a commercial general contractor

Experience in Commercial, Light/Medium Industrial, and Retail projects

Proficiency in P6, SureTrak, and Microsoft Project software systems

Experience with projects ranging from $1 million to $125 million

OSHA 10 Hour Minimum

SWPPP Training preferred

30% travel required
